The HCPL-314J-500E is an optically-isolated power IC from Avago Technologies. This device features an integrated high-voltage bipolar power transistor, which is specially designed for use in both AC and DC power control circuits. This device is capable of withstanding high voltage and current levels, and provides up to 500V of isolation from input to output.
